Pengedjaran di Padang Saldju I

Published in 1963, “Pengedjaran di Padang Saldju (Part I)” is a literary work issued by Lekra, the Lembaga Kebudajaan Rakjat or Institute for People's Culture, a major cultural organisation active through the 1950s and early 1960s, affiliated with the Indonesian Communist Party (PKI) and dissolved after the political upheaval of 1965. The "I" in the title marks this as the first part of the work.
