This illustrated weekly news magazine proclaims itself as the first news magazine in Indonesia, perhaps counted since Indonesia's independence (1945). On the front page, it states: "A national magazine that is real, objective, and constructive. Capital, effort, and Indonesian national thought. Established on December 20, 1947."
Then, inside, it reads: "The only weekly with 40 pages throughout Indonesia today." It contains various articles covering local and international issues, including politics, economics, social issues, profiles, and more. It also includes serialized stories, short stories, and illustrated stories (local and foreign).
